Dont mean to post off topic but that "win" picture is your opponent having to go so you might need a new win.

I'm relatively familiar with the Ninja archetype, and I tend to shy away from White Dragon Ninja builds.
My reasoning is, White Dragon Ninja cannot be Special Summoned with anything but a Ninjitsu Art card. Now, there are only eight Ninjitsu Art cards, three of them which Special Summon, and one of them (Ninjitsu Art of Transformation) can't target it. Then there's another (Ninjitsu Art of Duplication) that can only summon White Dragon Ninja with Level manipulation, or with another White Dragon Ninja as a Tribute.
So we're left with one decent way to Special Summon it: Ninjitsu Art of Super-Transformation. Now, this card isn't necessarily bad. It removes a Monster from your opponent's side of the field and Special Summons a high-Level Monster. What makes it bad is when it's combined with White Dragon Ninja. See... Super-Transformation can only Special Summon from the Deck. What this means is White Dragon Ninja can only be Special Summoned consistently from the Deck.
Yup, White Dragon Ninja will be a dead draw in almost every situation. So what I did was use Super-Transformation's older brother, the good, old-fashioned Ninjitsu Art of Transformation. My reasoning is Transformation can Special Summon from the Hand, meaning if I draw the Monster I want to Special Summon, I'm not doomed with a useless Trap or Monster in my Hand.
Of course, Transformation has its own hurdles; it can only reliably Special Summon Beasts, Winged-Beasts, and Insects that are Level 7 and lower. But now let's look at my boss Monsters of choice: Red Dragon Ninja and Dark Simorgh, with a little help from Upstart Golden Ninja.
Red Dragon Ninja has 300 less ATK than White Dragon Ninja, and the same amount of DEF, so it takes a hit there. Its effect is also somewhat underwhelming in comparison. But, Red Dragon Ninja has one less Level and no Summoning restrictions, meaning he can be Normal Summoned with only one Tribute. A final perk is Red Dragon Ninja's effect works well with Dark Simorgh. Red Dragon Ninja gets rid of Set cards while Dark Simorgh prevents more from being Set.
Dark Simorgh has the same amount of ATK as White Dragon Ninja, and only 200 less DEF, so very little is lost here. Dark Simorgh also has no Summoning restrictions, and also has its own method of Special Summoning. Lastly, Dark Simorgh's lockdown effect of not letting your opponent Set cards is truly devastating when combined with Anti-Spell Fragrance, arguably stronger than White Dragon Ninja's Spell and Trap protection.
While this last card isn't necessarily a boss Monster, it will further explain why I chose Dark Simorgh. Upstart Golden Ninja is essentially a Summoner Monk for Ninjas, using Traps as a cost instead of Spells. While that would normally come off as terrible, it is actually amazing. One of the main problems with Dark Simorgh is the reliance on Anti-Spell Fragrance to complete the lockdown. To counteract this, we need to run three Anti-Spell Fragrance to maximize the success rate of achieving our win condition. But drawing more than one Anti-Spell Fragrance is really, really painful. So, we fix the problem with Upstart Golden Ninja(And occasionally Magic Planter) to make use of this potentially dead card.
To wrap it up, almost every Ninja deck needs Ninja Grandmaster Hanzo, as he is the only truly "good" Ninja card, and I choose to run Masked Ninja Ebisu and Goe Goe the Gallant Ninja simply because they're WIND Attributes for Dark Simorgh and Upstart Golden Ninja targets. Ebisu's effect isn't normally used, and Goe Goe's is used even less. As for the lack of Spells, Anti-Spell Fragrance and Upstart Golden Ninja are the main villains, making our usual staple Spells not-so-staple. If you do run Spells, I'd recommend mostly Quick-Plays, as they can still be used during your opponent's turn. One final note, you have plenty of ways to get rid of unnecessary Continuous Traps, so feel free to run more than usual.
There you have it, my Ninja decklist. I hope this explanation is good enough for not using White Dragon Ninja.
