These are really the only useful cards you have in this deck, and I'm hesitant on keeping Command Knight there. The first thing you want to ask yourself when building a deck is what kind of deck you want to build. Freelance Warriors like this do not work well at all. You will draw inconsistently, play slowly, and most of the time lose. Most of the other cards are either outclassed or just plain bad and shouldn't be used at all.

If it is a Heroic Challenger deck, then you need to focus more on the Heroic Challenger part and less on the other warriors for support part. They like to have that extra space to make what they need to happen happen. If you want to include Synchro, then a card I would suggest is Rose, the Warrior of Revenge. It works great in conjunction with Marauding Captain as it can net you an instant Black Rose Dragon and just works well with Warrior Decks in general.

Consistency is an issue of what you have in there. The argument that "the more different cards I have the more decks this one will be able to beat" is completely inaccurate unless you are the luckiest person alive. You want to keep the monster count down to about 20 monsters in a standard warrior deck. Then just run staple Spells (Dark Hole, Heavy Storm, Reborn, MST, Reinforcement, etc.) and Traps (Solemn, Torrential, Bottomless, Compulsory, etc.) for back-up.

Your Extra line-up (except for the Synchros) is decent; Decks like to have more variety than running 2x of a straight-up beatstick. Papilloperative, Maestroke, Abyss Dweller, Shock Master and Blackship of Corn are some really good Xyz monsters that would love a spot in here. You generally won't need the Constellar or Paladynamo, as those like strict LIGHT builds to be most effective. One-Eyed isn't useful enough to run, and you have no reason to have Invoker (a rank 3) and not have Zenmaines and Leviair/Acid Golem to go with it (also rank 3's). Gandiva isn't too useful in general and Kusanagi is just kinda conditional.

As far as your Synchros go, if you are going for Level 8 monsters, then Stardust and Scrap Dragon are the only 2 you will need. Colossal is optional, while the other 2 are completely useless.
