Regular Dragunity and Hieratic don't count as OTK decks, but there are Hieratic decks built around OTKs.

Why can't we use dark worlds? if they're tier 2 in regards to current meta. thats not tier one deck?

Eh. Dark Worlds just kind of auto-pilot. There's not any real skill involved, just dump4grapha.

Basicly they hate the deck so you cant use it on my academy your allowed any deck because makes people want to come more js

Dark World is tier 2, so it should be fine to use when testing :/

Well, they shouldn't be.

if he's including them he needs to add them in before the etc.

um, is a cloudian deck tier 1? also, i don't know what any of those decks are, except exodia. what do they meen?

Cloudian is not tier 1.

Burn is using card effects to inflict damage, Stall is purposely extending the duration of the game, Rabbit refers to Rescue Rabbit, FTK (First-Turn Kill) and OTK (One-Turn Kill) rely on wining the duel in 1 turn through special conditions, Deck Out is any deck that makes your opponent lose by not being able to draw.

^ That is a list more inclined to what the members of the academy feel. It is more updated and clear than this one.

i think lightsworn should not be alowed, at least by testers becouse i have a good deck, but my tester, all 3 matches, got out Judjment dragon within 3 turns, wich means i didn't last more than 5 turns. its not even enough time to see deck

also, about the above comment, i suck at deck building, so that might be why

It has nothing to do with your skill. Lightsworn are a tough deck to go against. But outside of Judgment Dragon, they really have nothing to be afraid of. They might be hit by the single card limitation on the new list.

I haven't joined yet, but I'd like to ask if Photon Decks are considered Tier 1? I know that they generally don't have much support. Just thought I'd ask.
