It's a pretty interesting build but just seems inconsistent. Chaos Dragons have always mixed well with the Lightsworn engine since you want everything in your graveyard to get things going. Something like this would work a lot better:

Don't run traps, the deck has never needed them. Lightpulsar will always replace itself with REDMD as long as it's on the field or grave, and then you can just loop their effects to keep them on the field.
